I’m Madi, and I believe business is better when people know your name, not just your logo.

By day, I'm a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist based in Tunbridge Wells, helping people reduce anxiety, overcome overwhelm, and feel more like themselves again. But I'm also a small business owner, which means I know the reality of trying to grow a business whilst wearing approximately seventeen different hats!

When I first started networking, I quickly realised there were two types of events. The ones where you leave feeling energised, inspired, and genuinely connected to people...and the ones where you spend two hours awkwardly handing out business cards and wondering when you can politely leave (especially when they’ve just told you the price of a full-time membership- eek!).

I started this group because I wanted more of the first kind.

The vision for Inspired To Connect Networking is simple: create a supportive community of local business owners who actually get to know one another in what we do, who we are, what we're working towards, and how we can help each other succeed.

While marketing, social media, and online advertising continue to evolve, people still place the greatest trust in recommendations from people they know, making relationships the foundation of the strongest businesses.

This group brings together local business owners from a wide range of industries who believe that collaboration is more powerful than competition. Whether you're a freelancer, therapist, consultant, creative, tradesperson, or run something completely different, there's value in having a room full of people who understand the highs, lows, challenges, and victories that come with running a business.

My hope is that this becomes more than just another networking event in the diary. I want it to be a community. A place where people share ideas, celebrate wins, solve problems, make introductions, and support one another.
